How to deal with the pain of being sacked

With the Serie A season approaching, the number of Serie A players who have been sacked has increased exponentially, with only three players in the entire league going out this term, and only two in the past two years.

In fact, the only other Italian to have been dismissed in the last six years is Andrea Pirlo, who was dismissed for speaking up against the club’s tactics.

There are many reasons why these players have been let go, but the one that really resonates is the mentality of the coach, especially after a season like the one which saw the Rossoneri’s title hopes fall apart, and which led to Milan’s relegation in 2013.

In the same season that Pirlos’ dismissal, the Rossonedi won the Serie B title for the first time in five years, and also won the Coppa Italia for the fifth time in the history of the club.

So, how do you deal with that when you are not playing?

One of the reasons why coaches are so eager to get rid of players, and even those who are not as talented as Pirlots, is that they believe they will be the most effective at it.

As a consequence, many teams go on a search for players who can bring a new dimension to the squad, and in this respect, this season has been an example of how this happens.

There were many instances in which the coach brought in a player who he thought would be better than the one who was on the bench, and so on.

This is something that can be a problem when it comes to the players who do not perform as expected, and are left out of the team.

Therefore, to avoid the situation in the future, the club should always keep an eye on the players in question.

The player needs to understand what it is like to be out of contention and what the manager is trying to achieve.

The players need to understand that the club is not always able to make changes in the squad because the coach is trying too hard.

It is very difficult to change a coach when the player is the one going out.

The coach needs to give the players enough time to adjust to this situation.

Therefore it is always important to monitor what is happening in the team, as well as to ask the player what he thinks the next step should be.

The manager needs to communicate with the player, as a player, and this is something which he needs to do regularly.

In this sense, the player has to be involved in this process, as the coach must be, as it is in order to make the right decisions.
